Palworld's server leaks memory over time; this instance hit its memory safety limit, which sits far above normal use.
Fix: Restart now, then enable a daily scheduled restart (Settings → Schedules). If it happens within a day of a restart, move up a slot tier, or ask the co-admin to check memory.

What does the 48-hour free trial include?
A real server on the game's starter plan (2 player slots, uncapped RAM) for 48 hours. No credit card. Need a bit longer? Extend it once by 24 hours from the server page, during its last 12 hours or after it has paused. Keep it by adding a card before it ends; otherwise it pauses with the world intact and is deleted 7 days later.
How much RAM do I get?
You don't pick a RAM size. Plans are sold by player slots; RAM is uncapped and shared across the node, and we watch it for you. The thing you pick is how many friends can join.
How fast is it really?
Your server starts building the moment you click the confirmation link in your email. The dashboard shows the address as soon as it exists, usually within a minute.
What does the AI co-admin do?
It lives in your Discord server. It reads your server's logs, explains crashes in plain English, restarts the server, restores backups, changes scheduled restarts and answers setup questions. Destructive actions always ask you to confirm with a button, and only the linked owner can act.
Do my friends need an account?
No. You share the address; they type it into the game. Only you manage the server.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Plans are monthly. If you cancel, the server pauses at the end of the period and you can download your world before it is removed.
